Should cocaine be legal? Of course!

Tonight I'll be discussing the pros and cons of creating a regulated market to control the sale and distribution of coca leaf and its big sister, cocaine. In order to sell such an idea, it's important to paint a picture of what that market would look like. That's the main theme of tonight's show.
